We are an association of researchers, designers, and artists committed to fostering continuous research, dialogue, creativity, and action with the aim of enhancing the social, urban, and environmental framework

WHO WE ARE
WHAT WE DO

SOCIAL RESEARCH

We are engaged in humanistic research with a social focus. Our mission is to explore the socio-cultural dynamics and needs emerging in vulnerable contexts, with the aim of promoting social development and community well-being.

SOCIAL DESIGN

We work closely with associations operating within the vulnerable communities we study. Our design methodology stands out for its clear decolonial philosophy and participatory approach, placing local communities at the center. We develop tailor-made solutions designed to concretely address the specific needs of each context.

ART

The L.A.S.T. team is composed of researchers, artists, and designers who share the common goal of raising public awareness of complex issues through artistic initiatives and advocacy efforts.

L.A.S.T.'s mission is to tackle contemporary challenges through a comprehensive approach that integrates critical research, community engagement, and the promotion of social design. The organization seeks to drive meaningful change by fostering a future that balances harmony with a deep awareness of environmental and social complexities, while actively promoting a more engaged and socially conscious world.
